Information on this site

We work to keep rates, hours, policies and other details accurate and up to date, but they can change without notice. Rates, availability, discounts, taxes and fees are confirmed only when you make a reservation directly with us. Observation Room hours and seasons may change because of weather, wildlife or other circumstances.

Reservations and stays

Reservations are made directly with Hummer House by phone or email. Our current policies include a two-night minimum stay, a 6% hotel tax and a 4% processing fee on credit card transactions. All facilities are non-smoking and we are unable to accommodate pets. Any additional terms we give you when you book also apply to your stay.

A private ranch

The Hummer House is located on a private, working ranch. Day visitors may visit the Observation Room and its immediate area only, during posted hours. Overnight guests should stay within the areas and paths we provide.

Wildlife and the outdoors

The Hummer House is a natural wildlife habitat. Guests and visitors may encounter wild animals, insects, uneven ground, water, weather and other natural conditions. Please use common sense, supervise children, keep a respectful distance from wildlife, and use golf carts and other equipment carefully and as instructed. You are responsible for your own safety and that of your party, to the extent permitted by law.

Photos and content

The text, photographs, logo and other content on this website belong to Hummer House or the photographers who took them, and are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use. Please ask before copying, republishing or using our photos or content for any other purpose.

Links to other websites

This site links to and embeds content from other websites, such as Facebook, YouTube and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

No warranties

This website is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
