The Brown Ranch

Hummer House & Texas Gems

Observation Room

Whether you are an expert in the study of animals or just appreciate the beauty of nature and its creatures, visiting the Brown Ranch's Observation Room is a uniquely enchanting experience. Your admission into the Observation Room includes a brief, educational lecture provided by Dan or Cathy Brown. This casual discussion allows guests the opportunity to gain more knowledge about hummingbirds, the South Concho River Valley, and Texas wildlife. The air-conditioned viewing room is available by appointment and will accommodate individuals, families and/or large groups. Church groups, garden clubs and social organizations are welcome.  Complete kitchen facilities and a scenic view also make the 900 sq. ft. Observation Room the perfect setting for corporate meetings, retreats, showers, receptions, etc.
